Blemish Prone? Or going through a period of stubborn pimples.

1.) Many women experience most of their breakouts on their jaw line/chin area.

Chinese Facial Reading charts show that break outs or or around the Jaw line/Chin indicates gynecological issues.

Fluctuation in hormones, PMS, Menstrual cycle, ovulation, the whole woman situation down there-you know, and stress..

Jawline breakouts can also indicate dental issues/sensitivities for some. hmmm....

2.) are you rushing your skin care routine?

You MUST wash your skin thoroughly (ESPECIALLY for those of you who are oily!! If you are on the tight/dry/flaky/aging side you dont have to be as thorough-but you must wash your skin to knock off dead skin cells. That way you will reveal smoother, tighter, healthier skin.

3.) have you introduced any vitamins since noticing new/newer breakouts?

Even going SLIGHTLY over-board with vitamins, your liver goes into over-work mode. The "vitamin toxicitities" are then leached out through skin.

Equaling= breakouts.

According to studies

-b12

-b7  (AKA BIOTIN & VITAMIN H.)

-b6

(CAUTION WOMEN:

B6 DECREASES ESTROGEN; BODY COMPENSATES & MAKES TESTOSTERONE. SEBUM IS INCREASED & BLOCKED PORES FOLLOW. OVER 1000% ISN'T RECOMMENDED.

4.) do you wash your make-up brushes?

Washing your make up brushes ATLEAST TWICE a month is ideal for moderate users. If you wear heavy make-up and more than one form of daily face make up then more would be much more suitable.

Wash brushes very thoroughly with really warm water and your FACIAL CLEANSER or if you want to be fancy one of those brush cleaners.

5.) cell-phone poop.

Actually NO we could only wish for POO!

Our cell phones are FILTHY, GROSS little things- that ARE CRAWLING with GERM COLONIES.

So lets try and keep them as clean as we can..

ALCOHOL WIPES. HELP.

KEEP THEM WITH YOU IN YOUR BAG, CAR, DESK

6.) don't just use your fingers.

When you wash your face use warm water and your chosen cleanser. Work in the sudsy mix onto a moist face for 30 seconds. While cleanser remains on face, grab a warm, damp, clean wash clothe and go back over face in circular motions. Allowing the cloth to gently rub against skin, creating exfoliation.

Rinse clean and pat dry. Proceed to customized product/routine.

NOTE; A WASH CLOTH MAY BE TOO ABRASIVE FOR CERTAIN SKIN TYPES.

EXFOLIATING OF ANY KIND, EVEN A WASH CLOTH CAN IRRITATE: SENSITIVE, DRY, , FRAGILE SKIN.

7) skin absorbs fastest when its slightly moist.

Sensitive folks should manage their time between product application.

If washing the skin or directly after a shower, sensitive skin folks should avoid apply creams or serums while skin is still moist. If using a toner wait for skin to dry before applying other facial products. (NOTE: sensitive individuals would not likely "agree" with astringents versus toners or no toners at all due to irritating alcohol content.
